How long are purchased units eligible for the 5-year warranty?
Registration is required within 90 days. The warranty period always begins on the date of delivery.
How can the warranty certificate be generated?
The certificate is generated via the Blaupunkt website. The appliances are registered under the menu item “YourBlaupunkt” and the warranty certificate is emailed to the end customer after the payment process is completed (only for appliances subject to a fee). Since registration requires the end customer's data including e-mail address, it should also be carried out by the end customer.
